Attractive 1930s "Silver Comet" vending machine made by Redco Products Corporation that dispenses one cigarette for a penny. The window shows the actual cigarettes waiting to be vended and presently has a Lucky Strike green paper label on the glass. It maintains its original crackle finish paint with red highlights and a bright coin slide. Lock is newer and works perfectly, machine is ready to be mounted on the wall or counter and measures 8" tall x 6" wide x 6" deep. Also included is a 1920s mechanical wooden single cigarette dispensing unit, a unique turbaned figure emits one cigarette from his mouth when a small button beside his head is depressed. The face is original and made of a composite material with cloth-layered turban. The unit itself is wooden, measuring 7" diameter x 6" tall. The item shows its age but works well, a real conversation piece!
