June 20, 1879 court petition handwritten and signed in fountain pen on the lower left by the 25th President of the United States, William McKinley while he was an attorney in Ohio and a member of Congress. Also includes a period etching from Paris of McKinley. Signature grades an overall 8. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication.
