Each contract has been signed by the player listed, signatures include Dave Christian, Mike Eruzione, Neal Broten, Ken Morrow, Mark Johnson, Eric Strobel, Bob Suter, Herb Brooks (coach), Steve Janasak, Robbie McLanahan, Mark Pavlich, Phil Verchota, Buzz Schneider, Mark Wells, and others.
