On the front left tail is the "Reebok" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that are two additional manufacturer's tags with the jersey size "50" on it and another with "4" L.B." Inside the back collar is another manufacturer's tag with "05-50" on it. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. The player number "18" appears on the front, back, and sleeves in white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "MANNING" on a blue nameplate in white tackle twill. Above the player number on each sleeve is the embroidered "Reebok" logo patch. The jersey has blue spandex sides and custom open sleeves. The jersey shows light use and there appear to be no alterations of any kind.
