Inside the back of the collar is "21 47 04 S4" stitched in black on a white label denoting player number, jersey size, year and set, respectively. On the left front tail is the "Majestic" manufacturer's label with attached flag size tag marked "47". Inside the left side tail is a material tag with wash instructions. On the left front breast is the "CUBS" team embroidered logo patch in red, white and blue. On the back of the jersey is the player number "21" and above that the player name "SOSA" both done in blue on red tackle twill. The right sleeve has the letter "C" in blue on red tackle twill. Above this is the "2004 Houston All Star Game" embroidered logo patch. On the left sleeve is the "CUBS" team embroidered logo patch and below it the "Majestic" logo in blue. The sleeves have elastic material added. The jersey shows good overall use and, with exception to the custom elastic sleeves, appears to have no alterations of any kind. The jersey can be photo matched to the All-Star game in 2004.
