Grey jersey with blue stripe trim around collar and down front of jersey, and on cuffs. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Majestic" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that is an additional manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "46" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "Cleveland" in script. Across the back of the jersey is "SIZEMORE" on a grey name plate. Below that is the player number "24." All lettering and numbering is done in red on silver on black tackle twill. On the back outside collar is the embroidered official MLB logo. On the left sleeve is the embroidered official "Indians" logo patch. Below that is the embroidered "Majestic" logo. The jersey shows good game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
