On the front left tail of the jersey is the "Rawlings" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions and jersey size "44" on it. Below that is a "Wash Instructions" tag. On the front left chest is the "Indian Head" patch. On the right chest and on back is the player's number "5" in red tackle twill. The jersey has a number change. Above the number on front is the MLB "100th Annversary" patch, which has been restored with an unofficial patch. The jersey uses a zipper to open and close. It shows game-wear and besides the number change and patch restoration appears to have no alterations of any kind.
