Arguably the most prolific hitter baseball has ever seen, "the Bambino" was the first player to cross each of the 30, 40, and 50 single season home run marks, and after his retirement he became one of the first five players elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Offered here is an original 8" x 6" black & white newspaper article in EX condition of Babe Ruth that has been signed by "The Babe" in blue pen, signature rating an 8. Also offered is a "Babe Ruth Baseball Club" 1-1/2" shirt pin in EX condition, as well as a 1-1/2" silver coin of "the Sultan Of Swat" in EX condition. All items in this fantastic display piece have been professionally matted inside a sharp 12" x 18" frame. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication and an additional LOA.
