Louisville Slugger manufactured model “C271” bat. The player number “5” is handwritten in black on the knob and there is a coating of pine tar down the handle. George Brett signed the barrel of the bat in black marker and in our opinion the signature rates a 5. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
