This classic, circa 1940's advertising piece for Kool cigarettes doubled as a scorecard for a game between "Washington" and "New York," and may have been a promotional item at Yankee Stadium. The 13" x 36" image has a bright yellow background with a pack of Kool (15 cents) on the upper left, the Kool logo in the center and "cork tipped, mildly mentholated cigarettes" on the upper right, with red-bordered inning-by-inning boxes stretched from left to right beneath. The piece is in very good condition with a few barely visible rips and fold marks, and encased in a green frame.
