On the front left tail is the Champion manufacturer’s tag size “42” with washing instructions. In the left inseam is a flag tag that reads “100% NYLON” with a sticker that reads “INSPECTED BY 045-101”. The “NFL” shield logo is on the v-neck. On the front, back, and on both shoulders is the player number “34” screen printed on in white on red. Above the player number on the back is the player name “THOMAS” screen printed in white on a blue nameplate. Thomas signed on the back of the jersey inside the number “4” with the added inscription “To Frank R. Best Wishes” and in our opinion the signature rates an 8. This jersey is properly tagged and was presented to us as game-issued.
