In the rear neck is a strip tag reading “11-48” in black. On the v-neck is the official “NFL” shield patch. Beneath this reads “BUCCANEERS” in black on white stitching. Across the front, back and on both shoulders is the player number “27” in red on orange on black tackle twill. Beneath the player numbers on the shoulders is a Reebok logo and Buccaneers team logo patch. Across the back on a white nameplate is the player name “BLOUNT” in red tackle twill. Blount signed the back of the jersey inside the player numbers in silver marker with the added inscription “Go Bucs!! Game Jersey” and in our opinion the signature rates a near 8. The cleats are Nike manufactured size “13” with a black and white colorway. Blount signed the toe of both cleats in black marker with the added inscription “Rookie Cleats Go Bucs!!” and in our opinion the signatures rate a combined 8.5. This jersey and cleats are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used and in our opinion show appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
