On the inside sweatband is a “NEW ERA” manufacturer’s tag, a tag that reads, “100% WOOL SIZE 7 3-8 MADE IN U.S.A.” and an MLB “AUTHENTIC Diamond COLLECTION”. On the underside of the brim, the player number “23” is written in pen. On the back of the cap is the official “MLB” logo embroidered. On the front of the cap is the team’s, “C” logo embroidered in red and white stitching. This cap is properly tagged, was presented to us player-worn and attributed to Ryne Sandberg and in our opinion, shows appropriate wear.
