Wilt “The Stilt” is widely considered one of the greatest and most dominant players in NBA history. He holds numerous NBA all-time records in scoring, rebounding and durability categories. He is the only player to score 100 points in a single NBA game or average more than 40 and 50 points in a season. Wilt also won seven scoring, nine field goal percentage, and eleven rebounding titles, and once even led the league in assists. Chamberlain is the only player in NBA history to average at least 30 points and 20 rebounds per game in a season, a feat he accomplished nine times. He is also the only player to average at least 30 points and 20 rebounds per game over the entire course of his NBA career. In 1996, he was voted one of the NBA Top 50 players of all time. He was elected to the College Basketball Hall of Fame in 2006 and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1999. Inside the rear collar is a flag tag with size “44”. There are no manufacturer’s tags present. Across the front is “SAN FRANCISCO”. Player number “13” appears on both the front and back. All numbers and letters are done in gold on blue tackle twill. The jersey was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows outstanding use. This is the only home jersey of this style that we have ever seen, as we have not even seen a common.
