The future senator from New York, Bill Bradley was a three-time All-America at Princeton. Bradley led the Tigers to three Ivy League titles, was the 1965 College Player of the Year, and was named recipient of the Sullivan Award as the nation's top amateur athlete that same year. In 1965, in what would become one of college basketball's greatest games, Bradley scored 58 points for Princeton in the third-place game of the NCAA Tournament. While in college, Bradley was the team captain of the 1964 Gold-Medal winning USA Olympic Team. After a year off as a Rhodes scholar, "Dollar Bill" joined the Knicks in 1967. One of New York's "go-to guys," Bradley was instrumental in the team winning the 1970 and 1973 NBA Championships. During his 10 year career with the Knicks, Bradley played in 742 games and was selected to the 1973 NBA All-Star Game. Silver Relief medallion. In excellent condition; slight wear spots on bottom edge of medallion. Accompanied by a LOA from the Basketball Hall of Fame.
