This “Chemical Bank & Trust Company” check is dated “Sept 9, 1940” for the amount of “$90.26”. The check is made out by the legend Ruth in black pen, signed “GH Ruth” on the appropriate line. In our opinion the signature rates a near 10. “Babe Ruth” is pre-printed along the left. Accompanied by a Full LOA from JSA grading the signature a 9 and a PSA/DNA LOA.
