Faulk won NFL Offensive Player of the Year in the year (2001) this blue mesh jersey was worn. His accolades also include: SB XXXIV Champ, 2000 NFL MVP, 3x Player of the Year and a 7x Pro-Bowler. Inside the right tail of this blue mesh jersey, is a wash tag with a PSA/DNA sticker affixed (2A00101). Inside the back collar is a strip tag “01-44”.
