“NATIONAL BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION UNIFORM PLAYER CONTRACT” between “PETER MARAVICH” and the “NEW ORLEANS BASKETBALL CLUB, a Louisiana Partnership” dated August 10, 1977. A rider attached to the five-year contract details the total amount of the contract to $3,000.000. Maravich’s rare, full-name “Peter Maravich” signature appears on page 7 of the contract as well as page 3 of the attached rider. Maravich’s initials, “PM” also appear on the rider along with those of the Jazz GM. The signature of the Jazz GM along with witnesses also appear on both the contract and the rider. A second “GUARANTY AGREEMENT” dated August 23, 1977 detailing the liabilities of the “NEW ORLEANS BASKETBALL CLUB” is also included. It has also been signed by Maravich with his full name, “Peter Maravich” on the fifth page. Each of the three full Maravich signatures are done in black marker and rate a 9 overall.
