The Detroit Tigers defeated the Texas Rangers to place Anderson tied for fifth all-time in managerial wins. On 7/6/1993, the Tigers defeated the Minnesota Twins to give Anderson the fifth spot all to himself. Both baseballs are “Rawlings” OAL baseballs. Both are signed by Anderson on the sweet spot in pen. One is inscribed, “7/2/93 2040 Wins Tied for 5th” and the other reads, “7/6/93 2041 Wins 5th Place”. In our opinion, both signatures rate a 9 overall. Both balls are in EX condition. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and an Anderson family LOA.
