Wooden award measuring approximately 38” x 13” x 3-½” and weighing 9.5 lbs. It features a 34-½” full-size George “Sparky” Anderson Louisville Slugger signature model bat that has been engraved to read, “MEMBER OF BASEBALL HALL OF FAME”. Adjacent below is a plaque that reads, “SPARKY ANDERSON - INDUCTED INTO HALL OF FAME - 7-23-2000 - COOPERSTOWN, NY”. The top left of the wooden base features an 8” x 10” metal plaque screenprinted with the image of the facade of the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. The award is in NM condition with two small circular discolorations in the lower right corner. Accompanied by an Anderson family LOA.
