A one page program that reads, “VIETNAM CONVOCATION - May 29, 1968 - Sponsored by - Ad Hoc Vietnam Committee of Bellevue Community College”. The benediction speaker was Muhammad Ali, who signed the program in blue pen and in our opinion, rates an 8-9 overall. The backside of the program lists the people who were receiving awards that night. Ali was an award recipient and the blurb next to his name reads, “World’s heavyweight boxing champion whose draft conviction is presently being appealed.” This program is a neat insight into one of Ali’s interests and passions outside of the boxing ring.
