4/28/1993 Scottie Pippen Invitation to Michael Jordan's Restaurant Grand Opening Autographed by Michael Jordan (Pristine Provenance) (JSA) (UDA)

This invitation is quite unique but the story that accompanies it is priceless. It seems a collector of MJ memorabilia was scuffling through the trash at a Chicago Bulls training facility and found this unopened invitation. It is addressed to Jordan’s teammate Scottie Pippen and Guest. The invitation itself has “MICHAEL JORDAN SCORES ANOTHER SLAM DUNK IN CHICAGO” across the top as well as “MICHAEL JORDAN’S RESTAURANT” at the bottom. Inside the invitation is a ticket to the grand opening which has MJ’s photo. Jordan has signed the ticket in black ink rating a strong 9. At the bottom is the UDA hologram sticker numbered “SHO46740.” It is in EX-NM overall condition and is accompanied by a LOA from JSA as well as a COA from UDA. It is further accompanied by a Beckett magazine article describing and picturing the invitation and its colorful history.
