On the front left tail is a “Majestic” manufacturer’s tag that reads, “SIZE 52”. On the manufacturer’s tag is MLB hologram sticker, “643700LH”. On the left seam is a Majestic “COOL BASE” tag. On the left inseam is a size “52” materials tag with washing instructions. Across the chest reads, “Cardinals” in red and navy blue chain-stitching with the team’s two-bird logo above done in red, navy blue, white and yellow chain-stitching. The coach’s number “25” appears on both the front and on the back and across the back reads the coach’s name, “MCGWIRE”. These are done in red on navy blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the white mesh jersey. On the rear collar is hte official “MLB” logo embroidered and on the left sleeve is a Majestic logo embroidered in red stitching. McGwire signed the back player number “5” in pen and in our opinion, rates a strong 8 overall. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as coach-worn and in our opinion shows wear. Originally sourced from a Cardinals Care fund raising event and accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
