This jersey was worn by Montreal Canadiens goalie José Théodore on April 1st, 2004 against the Philadelphia Flyers. On the left inseam is the Air-Knit manufacturer’s tag “100% POLYESTER” with washing instructions. In the rear attached to the collar are two flag tags, one with the size “58” and the other reading “GOALIE STYLE MADE IN CANADA”. On the inside front rear tail is a MeiGray tag reading “NHL Game-Worn Jersey 2003-2004 Season” serial number “B04218”. Across the front is the large Canadiens team logo. On the back and on both shoulders is the player number “60” in white on blue tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “THEODORE” in white tackle twill on a red nameplate. Below the back collar is a red strip tag reading “KOHO” embroidered in white. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Canadiens LOA.
