On this tag is a NFL PSA/DNA sticker serial number “2N53302”. Adjacent is a Prova tag. Across the front, back and on both shoulders is the player number “54” and across the back on a white nameplate is the player name “SMITH”. All numbering and lettering is done in blue tackle twill. Smith signed the back of the jersey with the added inscription “#Clear Eye View” and in our opinion rates an 8. This jersey is properly tagged and was presented to us as game-issued.
