This jersey was worn by Yankees relief pitcher David Robertson during the American League Wild Card game on October 3rd 2017 against the Minnesota Twins in an 8-4 victory to advance. Normally pitching in the back end of the bullpen, Robertson was brought into the game in the third inning after a poor start from Luis Severino. Robertson threw 3.1 innings, striking out five batters without allowing a run and ultimately was the winning pitcher. On the front left tail is a Yankees team inventory barcode tag. On this tag is a MLB hologram serial number “JB713825”. Adjacent to the right is a Steiner hologram serial number “256804”. On the left inseam are three flag tags reading “100% POLYESTER” with wash instructions, “TAPER”, and “-2” body. On the front right button path is an additional Majestic tag with the year “2017” and the size “46T -2 B”. On the left sleeve is a black memorial band in honor of Gene Michael and on the right sleeve is the “POSTSEASON 2017” patch. On the left chest is the Yankees interlocking “NY” logo. Across the back is the player number “30”. All numbering and lettering is done in navy blue tackle twill. On the rear collar is the official “MLB” logo in navy blue, silver and white. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Steiner LOA and a Photo-Match.com LOA confirming the match.
