On the left inseam is a materials tag with washing instructions. On the inside of the rear collar is a Nike size “42” manufacturer’s tag that reads, “ON FIELD”, “2014”, “+4 LENGTH” and “Q-BK”. On the left chest is an embroidered “A LH” patch for the Kansas City Chiefs late owner, Lamar Hunt. On the v-neck is the official “NFL” shield logo. The player number “11” appears on the front, on the back and on each shoulder. Across the back reads the player name, “SMITH” on a red mesh nameplate. All numbering and lettering is done in white on yellow tackle twill. Below the player number on each shoulder is a white Nike logo embroidered. There is grass stains throughout the back of the shirt and hit marks on the front player numbers. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use.
