2014 Baseball Hall of Fame inductee Tom Glavine won the NL Cy Young Award twice and had five 20-win seasons. On the inside of the front left tail is the Majestic manufacturer’s tag with a Steiner hologram on it. Attached below are four flag tags reading the year “2006”, the size “44”, “+2” BODY” and “+1” SLV”. On the left inseam is a “100% POLYESTER” flag tag with washing instructions. On the left sleeve is the Mets team logo disc embroidered and below is a “Majestic” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads, “NEW YORK”. The player number “47” appears below and on the back. Across the back reads the player name, “GLAVINE”. Inside the back player number “4” is a MLB hologram serial number “BB154373”. All numbering and lettering is done in glacier on orange on black triple tackle twill sewn directly onto the grey jersey. On the rear collar is the official “MLB” logo embroidered. The MLB hologram dates the jersey to a date that Glavine did not pitch, however the jersey shows use from earlier in the season. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from Steiner.
