On the front left tail is a “RUSSELL ATHLETIC” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached below are two flag tags that read, “100% POLYESTER 52” and “+2” EXTRA LENGTH” respectively. Below is also a “2002” year tag. On the left chest is the team’s “NY” logo and on the back is the player number “22”. These are done in navy blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the white pinstriped jersey. On the collar is the official “MLB” logo embroidered. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Typically all Yankees shirts from this era are sourced with Steiner paperwork, this shirt does not. Accompanied by a Steinmetz LOA.
