This jersey is custom cut above the manufacturer’s tag. Inside the neck is a strip tag reading “01-48”. Across the front, back and on both shoulders is the player number “37” in white on gold on black tackle twill. Across the back on a purple nameplate is the player name “LAKE” in white tackle twill. Multiple repairs are present and on both sleeves is a Ravens team logo as well as a Reebok logo. There is what appears to be a team instituted name and number change. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a MEARS LOA grading the jersey a perfect A10.
