A first round draft pick out of the University of Michigan, Brian Griese has become one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. In 1999 Griese started eight out of ten games and completed 149 of 254 for 1,908 yards and nine touchdowns. In the neck of the jersey is a white label reading "01-48 S." Inside the "V" neck is the "NFL" patch and below is the name "Broncos" in blue Swiss embroidered stitch. On the left front tail is the "Reebok" label and adjacent is the size tag "48." Next to this is the "4"LB" label denoting four extra inches in body length. On the back of the jersey is a white nameplate with the name "Griese" in blue tackle twill. The player number "14" appears on the front, back and on each shoulder of the jersey in blue on orange tackle twill. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
