“Rawlings” manufactured “OFFICIAL BALL 2000 WORLD SERIES” Selig baseball. Stamped on the west panel is the “2000 World Series” logo in gold. The ball has been signed by the members of the 2000 World Champion New York Yankees. Notable signatures include Hall of Fame Manager Joe Torre, Mariano Rivera and future Hall of Famer Derek Jeter (2000 All-Star & World Series MVP). Additional signatures include: Chris Turner, Tino Martinez, Luis Sojo, Jorge Posada, Orlando Hernandez with the added inscription “26 - DUKE”, Andy Pettitte, Chuck Knoblauch, Mike Stanton, Ramiro Mendoza, Bernie Williams, Dwight “Doc” Gooden, and Paul O’Neill. All signatures are done in black ink and in our opinion rate a strong 8-9 overall. On the East panel is a “Steiner” hologram. The ball is in NM-MT condition. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
