Bagwell was an immediate sensation at the Astrodome in 1991 becoming the first Houston player to win the NL Rookie of the Year award. In 1997, he became the first full-time baseman to hit 30 home runs and steal 30 bases, leading the Astros into the playoffs for the first time since 1986. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Majestic" label and below is the size tag "48." Across the front of the jersey is the name "Astros" in script-style letters made of black/beige/red/gray tackle twill. On the back is the name "Bagwell" and below this is the player number "5." The name and number are made of black on beige/red tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the Enron Field inaugural year patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
