Keith Van Horn is a power forward for the Nets who led Utah to the Final Four. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Champion" exclusive label and below is the year tag "2000-2001." Next to this is the "Champion" label with the size "50" and below is the "+4 Length" label. Across the front of the jersey is the name "Nets" in blue tackle twill on silver/red backing. On the back is the name "Van Horn" in blue on red tackle twill. The player number "44" appears on both the front and back of the jersey in blue tackle twill on a silver/red backing. On the upper left front is the "NBA" patch. The jersey comes with a certificate on the Nets general manager's business card. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
