On the front left tail is the Wilson manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag reading the size “48”. On the left inseam is an additional Wilson flag tag reading the size “48” with washing instructions. On the left sleeve is a “Wilson” logo and below is the AFC “A” logo patch. On the right sleeve is also a “Wilson” logo and below is the Pittsburgh Steelers team logo patch. The correct color order on the Steelers patch from top to bottom is yellow, red and then blue. The patch on this jersey has the incorrect order of red, yellow and then blue. Photos show Thigpen in this game wearing this incorrect order of colors on the Steelers team patch. On the upper left chest is the “PRO BOWL HAWAII 1998” patch. On the v-neck is the official “NFL” shield patch. Across the front, back, and on both shoulders is the player number “82” done in white on red tackle twill with a 3D outline. Across the back on a red nameplate is the player name “THIGPEN” applied with heat pressed vinyl in white. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as Pro Bowl game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
