The best wide receiver—and possibly overall player—of all-time was elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2010. Jerry Rice won three Super Bowl championships and is the NFL's all-time leader in receptions, yards and touchdowns. Rice holds mostly every major statistical categories for wide receivers in both the regular season and postseason. On the front left tail is a “NFL PRO LINE 1998 Reebok” manufacturer’s tag. Inside the rear collar is a “Reebok” size “46” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag that reads “100% Nylon BLITZ -2””. On the v-neck is an official “NFL” shield logo embroidered. Player number “80” appears on the front, on the back and on both shoulders in white on gold on black triple tackle twill. Across the back reads player name “RICE” in white on black tackle twill sewn onto a red mesh nameplate. Below each player number on the shoulder is a “Reebok” logo embroidered. Rice signed inside the back right player number “0” in black pen and in our opinion rates an 8 overall. This jersey has heavy staining throughout the entire jersey on it from a locker room champagne celebration and we were told by our consignor that this jersey was sourced directly from Rice’s teammate, Merton Hanks, who took this shirt directly out of the locker room. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
