The 1998 NBA Finals was a repeat of the previous year's Finals with the Chicago Bulls winning the series 4 games to 2 over the Utah Jazz. It gave the Bulls their third consecutive NBA title and their sixth in eight seasons. Michael Jordan was voted the Most Valuable Player of the series (he also had won the award the last five times the Bulls won the Finals: 1991, 1992, 1993, 1996, and 1997). This would be his sixth NBA championship and sixth Finals MVP award in six full basketball seasons, an unprecedented feat. MJ averaged 33.5 points per game and in game 6 with 5.2 seconds remaining, he hit the famous clutch jumper giving the Bulls an 87-86 lead, never to look back. On the left front tail is the "NIKE" manufacturer's tag with jersey size "50.” Attached is an additional manufacturer's tag reading "LENGTH +4 Made In USA". The inseam has two tags, a Nike wash instructions tag and a "1997-98" year tag. Across the front is "BULLS." Below and on the back is the player number "23." Across the back is the player name "JORDAN." All lettering and numbering is done in black on white tackle twill. On the left breast is the official “NBA” embroidered logo. Autographed on back in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA and as well as a COA from UDA. The jersey is accompanied by a LOA from the Chicago Bulls.
