Many fans consider Ken Griffey Jr. to have been the best baseball player of the 1990s. He was a true five tool player who combined all of his talents to become one of Major League Baseball's brightest stars. Griffey Jr. was inducted into the Hall of Fame on the first ballot in 2016 receiving 99.3% of the votes which is the highest percentage ever. On the front left tail is the Russell Athletic manufacturer’s tag size “46” with washing instructions. Attached are two hanging flag tags that read, “2” EXTRA BODY LENGTH” and “100% POLYESTER”. Below is a strip tag that reads the year “1996”. On the left sleeve is the Seattle Mariners team logo patch sewn on. On the right sleeve is the Russell Athletic logo embroidered in navy blue. Across the chest reads, “MARINERS” done in navy blue on northwest green on silver triple tackle twill. On the back reads the player name “GRIFFEY” sewn on a white nameplate and below is the player number “24”. Both of these are done in navy blue on northwest green tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
