Jordan is acknowledged by many as the greatest basketball player to ever play the game. Some of Jordan’s accolades and accomplishments include five MVP awards, ten All-NBA First Team designations, nine All-Defensive First Team honors, fourteen NBA All-Star Game appearances with three All-Star MVPs, ten scoring titles, three steals titles, six NBA Finals MVP awards and the 1988 NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award. During Jordan’s 1996-97 season, he secured his fifth NBA Championship as well as his fifth Finals MVP. On the front left tail is the Champion manufacturer’s tag with size “46” and washing instructions. Adjacent to the left is another Champion tag that reads “DESIGNED & TAILORED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHICAGO BULLS 96/97” and “BODY LENGTH +3”. On the left inseam is a tag with the list of body fabrics and on the back is the number “3” written in black ballpoint pen. On the top left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered in gold for the NBA’s 50th Season. Across the front reads “BULLS”. Adjacent below and on back is the player “23”. Across the back is the player name “JORDAN”. All lettering and numbering is done in black on white tackle twill. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use which is atypical for Jordan shirt from this era. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and an additional Alan Meza LOA.
