Nicknamed the "Dream Team", the 1992 US Men’s Basketball team is widely regarded to be the greatest team ever assembled in any sport. It defeated its opponents by an average of almost 44 points en route to the gold medal against Croatia at the 1992 Summer Olympics held in Barcelona. During the six games played, NBA Hall of Famer and Top 50 Player Scottie Pippen scored 48 points, had 37 assists and 8 steals. On the left front tail is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “46”. Adjacent is a second “Champion” tag with “USA Basketball Designed & Tailored Exclusively for 1992 Summer Olympic Games”. Across the front is “USA Basketball” painted on in red and blue. Player number “8” appears on both the front and back in red painted on numbers with red borders. Player name “PIPPEN” appears on back in painted on red block letters. Pippen has signed the front in black marker rating a 7. At the left chest is the Champion “C” embroidered logo patch. Inside the rear waistband of the matching shorts is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and size “36”. On each leg is “USA Basketball” painted on. The Champion “C” logo patch is embroidered. The uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
