Hall of Famer Nolan Ryan won his 300th game on July 31st, 1990 in an 11-3 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers. Ryan struck out 8 batters allowing just 1 earned run over 7.2 innings pitched. Ryan was taken out of the game in the 8th inning to a standing ovation from the road crowd. Ryan waited in the dugout anxiously for the game to end in the bottom of the 9th inning, and when the last out was recorded Ryan took the field and was mobbed by teammates in this offered jacket. In the rear neck is the Goodman & Sons manufacturers tag size “46” with washing instructions. Handwritten on this tag is the player name “Ryan” in black marker. Across the chest reads “Rangers” in script style writing done in red on white tackle twill. A rare piece from one of the most significant milestones in the Hall of Famers career. This jacket is properly tagged, was presented to us as player-worn and shows use. Accompanied by a Photo-Match.com LOA confirming the match.
