Despite missing a game due to a back injury during the 1991 Stanley Cup Finals, series-MVP and Hall of Famer Mario Lemieux still managed to perform in "Super Mario" fashion by leading all scorers with twelve points in five games. Attached to the inner collar is the Maska manufacturer’s tag reading “100% POLYESTER” with handwritten period faded black equipment manager markings. The large “Penguin” team logo appears on front. The player number “66” appears on the back in yellow on white tackle twill. The player number also appears on both sleeves in black on white tackle twill. The player name “LEMIEUX” appears across the back on a black nameplate in yellow tackle twill. The "1991 Stanley Cup Finals" patch is affixed on the upper right chest and on the upper left chest is the Captain “C” logo in yellow on white tackle twill. The original fight strap is intact. On the outer rear right tail is a “CCM” and “NHL” logo embroidered. Three small team repairs are seen on the right sleeve. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a Photo-Match.com LOA confirming the match to the regular season and playoffs, a Joseph Tomon LOA and HA LOA.
