Hall of Famer Joe Dumars emerged as a star in 1989-90, averaging 27.3 points per game in the playoffs and leading Detroit to a 4-0 sweep over the Lakers for the Pistons' first NBA Championship. Dumars, who made the NBA All-Defensive First Team that season, won NBA Finals MVP honors. This is a rare game-used jersey with a factory error on the exclusive tagging, 100% original. On the left front tail is the "Champion" manufacturers size 42 tag. Above is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Los Angeles Lakers" tag; thats right, it says LAKERS, obviously done at the factory. Adjacent are additional manufacturers embroidered tags with "90" and "2" L.B." Across the front is "PISTONS" in red on blue screen print. Below that and on the back is the player number "4" in the same screen print. Across the back is the player name "DUMARS" in blue vinyl lettering. On the upper left breast is the embroidered official NBA logo. Autographed on the front in blue marker and rates a 7. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA. Also accompanied by an additional LOA from MEARS.
