On the left front tail is the Rawlings manufacturer's tag size "46" with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag reading "Set 1 1989". On the right sleeve is the "1989 All-Star Game" patch and on the left sleeve is the Angels team logo patch that is askew. Across the chest reads "Angels". The player number "31" appears below and on the back. Above the number on the back reads the player name “FINLEY” on a white nameplate. All lettering and numbering is done in red on blue tackle twill. Finley signed the front of the jersey in black marker and in our opinion the signature rates a 9. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
