On the left front tail of this green mesh jersey is the “Sand-Knit” manufacturer’s label with size “46”. Above is the “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Boston Celtics” label. Adjacent are two strip tags with “89” and “3”LB”. Across the front is “CELTICS”. Player number “33” appears on both the front and back. Player name “BIRD” appears across the back. All numbers and letters are done in white tackle twill. Embroidered on the left breast is the NBA logo. Above is the “Follow Through” honoring the late Joan Cohen, the Boston Celtics owner’s wife, who used to tell Kevin McHale to follow through. Larry Legend signed the jersey below the player number on front, in black marker, in our opinion rating a strong 7. JSA inconclusive. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use.
