Two-time Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Charles Barkley began his NBA career with an eight-year stint with the Philadelphia 76ers. For the 1989-90 season, Barkley was named to one of his five All-NBA First Teams, averaging 25.2 ppg, 11.5 rpg and 3.9 apg. Barkley was named one of the 50 Greatest Players in NBA History and his No. 34 is retired by the Philadelphia 76ers. On the front left tail is a strip tag that reads, “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for PHILADELPHIA 76’ERS”. Below is a “MacGregor Sand-Knit” size “48” manufacturer’s tag. Adjacent is an “89” year swatch and a “2”LB” alterations swatch. On the right inseam is a “100% NYLON” tag with washing instructions. On the left chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the front reads, “SIXERS”. Player number “34” appears on the front and on the back. These are done in white on blue tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “BARKLEY” in white tackle twill sewn directly onto the red mesh jersey. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
