In the rear neck is the Rawlings manufacturers tag size “42” with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag reading “SET 1 1988” and a strip tag reading “T” embroidered in blue. On the left chest is the team’s “CUBS” logo in blue and red stitching on white canvas. The player number “17” appears on the back in blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is a Cubs team logo patch and on the right sleeve is a Rawlings logo embroidered. This jersey does not feature a strip tag in the rear neck, which is atypical for Cubs jerseys from this era. Given the fact that Grace was called up during the middle of the season, it makes sense to not feature the full season strip tag. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriately light use. Accompanied by an additional LOA.
