This mint, snow-white 1986 World Series ball has been signed in blue ink by 30 members of the "Cardiac Kids" New York Mets, who came from a three-games-to-one deficit to the Boston Red Sox to take all. Almost every signature is a near 10 and at least 9, with the ball having all the keys like manager Davey Johnson on the sweet spot, Gary Carter, Keith Hernandez, Mookie wilson, etc.
