In 24 seasons of professional baseball, Carlton Fisk established himself as one of the game's greatest catchers. "Pudge" played in 11 All-Star games and caught more games than any player before or after, 2,226. This jersey was worn by Fisk during the 1986 season. On the left front tail is the "Sand Knit" label with the size "48." Adjacent to this is another "Sand Knit" label reading "Designed and Tailored Exclusively for the Chicago White Sox.". On the inside tail is a white patch reading "86-48Z" denoting year and size respectively. Next to this is another tag with the player name "Fisk." On the front of the jersey is the name "Sox" in white tackle twill. On the back of the jersey is the name "Fisk" and the player number "72" in blue tackle twill. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
