In 2010, Dennis Johnson was posthumously elected into the Basketball Hall of Fame. The three-time NBA Champion was the 1979 Finals MVP and a five-time NBA All-Star. His No. 3 is retired by the Boston Celtics. On the front left tail is a “Sand-Knit” manufacturer’s tag that reads, “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the BOSTON CELTICS”. Below is a “Sand-Knit” size “44” manufacturer’s tag. On the right inseam is a “100% NYLON” tag with washing instructions. On the left chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the front reads “CELTICS”. Player number “3” appears on the front and on the back. Across the back reads player name “JOHNSON”. All numbering and lettering are done in the same green tackle twill sewn directly onto the white knit jersey. There is a small noticeable stain adjacent to the front player number “3”. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
